Day 01: Arrive Cochin (By Flight)
Arrive by flight, upon arrival you will be met by our representative, after a traditional 'Swagat' (welcome) our representative would assist you at airport & transfer to hotel for overnight stay. Whilst the room keys and check-in is organized, our representative would hand over the documents to you.

Cochin: the queen of Arabian Sea. Cochin is known as the main spice trading hubs since the ancient times. Here you can buy the finest tea made at the tea processing units. The cottage industries here produce delicious chocolates and natural honey. The mall culture is fast taking over Kerala. No wonder Kerala is slowly turning into a shopper’s paradise. Apart from the glossy boutiques in the cities that sell the best in western and ethnic wear, there are numerous small scale industries that deal in handicrafts, pickles, tea, chocolates, honey, snacks, bamboo products and spices.

Optional: Evening Enjoy Kathakkali Dance Show - Kathakkali is the ancient classical dance from of Kerala which is a grand mix of dramatics, vocal and instrumental music, dancing and mine.

Day 02: Cochin
Post Breakfast, we will visit the following places:-

Chinese fishing nets, (Cheenavala) are distinctly unique to Cochin. It is believed that traders from the court of the Chinese ruler Kublai Khan introduced these nets here.

Jew Town, synagogue, built in the year 1568, is magnificently decorated by Chinese tiles & Belgian chandeliers. Giant scrolls of the Old Testament can be found here.

Santa Cruise Basilica- The Santa Cruz Cathedral Basilica not only happens to be one of the oldest churches in Cochin, but also in the whole of India. It is one of the eight Basilicas in the country. Counted as one of the heritage edifices of Kerala, this church is one of the finest and impressive churches in India and visited by tourists the whole year round. It is a place of devotion as well as a center of historic significance, endowed with architectural and artistic grandeur and colours of the gothic style.

Bolgatty Palace- A huge Dutch Villa built in 1744 today is a heritage property under the Kerala government, which they have turned into a coveted resort and named it the Bolgatty Palace. A huge sprawling property which only the government can possess, Bolgatty Palace is a beautiful concoction of lush lawns, sweet smelling flowers, ancient Dutch building and the overlooking Vembanad Lake. A long driveway leads to the reception, which is compact with the reception on the left and the lobby on the right.

Day 03: Cochin – Munnar (150 Km/ 3 Hrs)
Post breakfast we drive to Munnar. The distance of approximately 150 km is covered in around 3 hours while enjoying the scenic beauty with marvelous waterfalls, high mountains and low flying clouds passing through.

Munnar is one of the most popular hill stations in India, Sprawling tea plantations, picture book towns, winding lanes, trekking and holiday facilities make Munnar a unique experience. Munnar is essentially a tea town.

Upon arrival, check-in to the hotel.

Post Lunch we head for a half-day tour of Munnar, visiting the world's highest tea estates spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometres, Lush green hills all around - a place to be seen to be believed, and Eravikulam National Park the best place to see the Nilgiri Tahr (mountain goat).

Day 04: Munnar
Post Breakfast, we will visit the following places.

Mattupetty Dam
The beautiful hill station of Mattupetty is a 13 km drive away from Munnar. The Mattupetty Lake and Dam is enroute to Top Station and is situated at an altitude of 1700 m. You will often see people enjoying a lazy picnic here. Visitors love the panoramic view of the dam surrounded by wooden hills and tea plantations.

Lock Heart Gap
(13 km from Munnar) This is an ideal place for adventure tourism and trekking. The fresh mountain air, the mist-clad hills and panoramic view make it worth a visit.

Photo Point
Photo Point is a good place to take snaps in the tea garden. Situated at a height of 1700 Mts, Mattupetty is famous for its highly specialised dairy farm, the Indo-swiss live stock project. Echo Point is another attraction where you can enjoy the natural echo phenomenon.

Shooting Point
Shooting Point is the place where many south Indian movies have been shorted. Kundale Lake is very beautiful and excellent for boating.

Blossom Park
Blossom Park is a beautiful garden having a large variety of flowers of different hues and species.

Day 05: Munnar – Periyar/Thekkady (160 km/ 04 Hrs)
Post Breakfast will check-out and head for one of the finest wildlife sanctuaries in India, the Thekkady or Periyar Wildlife Reserve. Upon arrival at Periyar, we assist you to check in at our hotel. Set on an attractive lakeside, it is South India's most popular Wildlife Sanctuary.

Late afternoon at 1500 hrs we shall take you to a Spice and plantation tour in one of the Spice Gardens / Plantations for which this region is famous.

Day 06: Periyar
We have our breakfast in hotel.

Post breakfast we visit the famous Periyar wildlife sanctuary and go for Boat Cruise to see wild life. Periyar Lake or reservoir created by a dam on Periyar River is the heart of the Wildlife Sanctuary wild elephants, Asiatic Deer, Black Buck and even Tigers come to shores of the lake for a drink.

We will also go for Elephant Safari.

Elephant Safari: During the ride, you can watch the wild elephants taking bath in the water ponds. The photographers can easily take pictures of the wilds while riding and as a souvenir of the amazing journey into the wilds, take one with the elephant too.
After wildlife viewing we get back to the hotel.

Thereafter at leisure to explore the neighboring spices market.

Day 07: Periyar – Allepey Houseboat (136 Km / 03 Hrs)
Post Breakfast, we leave for Allepey known for its backwaters,

Day 08: Allepey – Kovalam (135 km/ 04 hrs)
Morning Post Breakfast, Check out from the Hotel and Drive to Kovalam, upon arrival transfers and Check in to the Hotel.

Kovalam is an internationally renowned beach with three adjacent crescent beaches. It has been a favourite haunt of tourists, especially Europeans, since the 1930s. A massive rocky promontory on the beach has created a beautiful bay of calm waters ideal for sea bathing.

The leisure options at this beach are plenty and diverse. Sunbathing, swimming, herbal body toning massages, special cultural programmes and catamaran cruising are some of them. The tropical sun acts so fast that one can see the faint blush of coppery tan on the skin in a matter of minutes. Life on the beach begins late in the day and carries on well into the night.

Half day is at Leisure at the resort, day is free for Ayurvedic massages and in-house facilities.
